Excellent, got two of these and they work really well with my computer.
The original adapter’s voltage started fluctuating, so it would not charge the laptop. This one is the correct replacement, unwrap, connect and works. No issues, no complaints.
I purchased this product for my daughter. Her laptop stopped charging with the original power supply that came with it. This AC adapter is a great additional charger for my notebook. Seller shipped the correct charger quickly. I’ve only used it a couple of times so far and it charges my notebook quickly.
Thank you so much! My old computer cord I had to manipulate it so much to get my computer to recognize it was plugged in. So nice just to be able to plug in my new cord and my computer automatically connects and recognizes it is charging.
The first charger was faulty emailed them and a new one arrived a few days later no hastle good company would recommend them

If you’re experiencing a failure to charge your computer, look at the battery of your computer or the back panel. It should tell you what amount of current is needed to charge the battery. Don’t just look at the manual. Best part is that even though I informed customer service of my error they let me keep the new replacement charger. So the product overall works great once I used the correct head and checked the current needed to charge my computer. Since there may be multiple heads that are the same that fits your charging port of the computer but will not provide sufficient current to charge your computer or may provide too much that could damage it.
My old power supply was getting dodgy and I found this one at a good price. Would purchase from this firm again.
