Delivery Policy

We deliver to any US address, PO Box or Parcel Locker. We deliver all our online orders to you via USPS Post Parcel Service. All online orders will be shipped the next business day following receipt of payment. We use the best quality packing material to protect items for the journey from us to you, to ensure your items arrive in the same condition as when they left us.

Handling time: 1 day

Transit time:  8-10  days.

Modifications of the order

You can contact us to change the product or modify the shipping address of your order before the order was shipped.

Lost Packages

We will reship a replacement package if the package is found to be lost during transit. If you do not want the replacement package anymore, we will send full refund.

Important information:

• We will pick, pack and process your online homewares order as speedily as possible once you have clicked the ‘Complete Order’ button and payment has been received. This helps us to get your goods out to you as soon as possible. If you need to make changes to your order please email us urgently as we will be sending your order out to you on the next business day. If we haven’t sent the order yet, we will always do our best to assist in changing any details of your order.

International Postage

Generally is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges. We accept no responsibility for any additional charges and cannot accept a return and refund of those goods if the charges are not paid. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.

Here on our site, we are happy to cover these duty or sales tax. The total money you need to pay to get the item is the price plus shipping fee listed on our site. If you are are told to pay any additional charges, please just pay first and email us. We will send you the money.

Refund Policy

1 We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund.

1.1 • All orders placed on our website are included.

1.2 • Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.

1.3 • We accept the return within 30 days of receiving the product.

2 How to return

2.1 • Please contact us by email to get the RMA code before you send the item back to us.

2.2 • Please write the RMA number clearly on the package.

2.3 • Ship the product to the address we provided together with the RMA code.

3 Return Shipping Fee

3.1 • If the product is broken, we pay the shipping fee. You will get the full refund plus the shipping fee you paid.

3.2 • If you just change you mind, you need to pay the shipping fee. You will get full refund.

4 Cancellations of the order

4.1 • You can contact us to cancel an order before the order was shipped .

4.2 • The money paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

5 Refund

5.1 • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.

5.2 • If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to the PayPal account within 1 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.

5.3 • Contact us immediately if you do not get the refund on time.

6 1-Year Product Warranty

6.1 • We offer you 1-Year Product Warranty. We are responsible for fixing your items with any issues within one year of your receiving the item. Please contact us to find a solution when issue occurs.

6.2 • If we fail to fixing the issue or provide replacement, full refund will be sent.

7 Lost Packages

7.1 • We will reship a replacement package if the package is found to be lost during transit.

7.2 • If you do not want the replacement package any more, we will send full refund.
