If you’re experiencing a failure to charge your computer, look at the battery of your computer or the back panel. It should tell you what amount of current is needed to charge the battery. Don’t just look at the manual. Best part is that even though I informed customer service of my error they let me keep the new replacement charger. So the product overall works great once I used the correct head and checked the current needed to charge my computer. Since there may be multiple heads that are the same that fits your charging port of the computer but will not provide sufficient current to charge your computer or may provide too much that could damage it.
Searched many replacements for my laptop and found many that would work and less expensive BUT this by far is the best one! Great quality, looks very durable, and I prefer the way this charger is designed when I compare it to others. Sure I could purchase one less expensive (which I have in the past 6 months), and yep, it resulted in buying another due to is cheap quality. You really do get what you pay for. This charger is or at least looks to be a heavy duty one. The cord is heavy, the plug ins are designed to last, it look to be “quality”. Immediately began to work for my laptop upon plugging it in with NO error messages, no issues!
While I’m not using the product at this moment so I can’t say how long it will work, I plugged it in and it works, fits well in laptop. I was able to get correct charger because seller described product well and what computers it would work in. If I need any other chargers I will buy again from this seller

Works Perfectly! Great Price! I moved and somehow lost the charging power adapter. After searching, I found this unit and ordered it. Arrived in very sturdy packaging, opened the unit, plugged it in, and it charges great. Works just as the original unit did. The power unit has strong reinforced connections where the power and charging cables are attached – looks like it will hold up well to lots of wire flexing from packing and unpacking. In desperation I ordered this adapter and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. I am ordering another for spare. My laptop would not charge without me holding the charger into the port. It had to do with the barrel tip which was wrong size.
I bought this as a second AC adapter for my laptop. Now I can charge at my desk or my recliner without having to move the power brick. This was much less expensive than through the official site and appears to be a genuine part matching my original brick.

I am in no way tech-savvy. So when I had to buy a new cord for my computer, I was overwhelmed with the myriad options. I paid a little more for this one because I was scared by reviews on others that said they were flimsy or didn’t serve the purpose. This one is great! It looks different than my old one, which gave me some hestitation – but it’s actually better than my old one.

As often, wide range of pricing for items. Seems to be OEM and works perfectly. Better than the one supplied with the computer in that the AC cord fits very tightly and is longer than the one shipped with the comptuer.

Exactly what I needed! My laptop wasn’t charging and I was worried it was the laptop. I got it refurbished and I’m always weary of refurb electronics. I decided to try a new factory cord because the one that came with my laptop was not a OEM cord. It’s been working great! I hated to spend so much on a cord but I guess you get what you pay for!
