Arrived in very sturdy packaging, opened the unit, plugged it in, and it charges great. Works just as the original unit did. The power unit has strong reinforced connections where the power and charging cables are attached – looks like it will hold up well to lots of wire flexing from packing and unpacking. In a terrible accident, my laptop charger got shredded while we were trying to move a heavy tabletop across the room. My laptop charger, the sole fallen soldier was laid to rest. Alas, I needed a replacement and I bought this charger. Honestly, it’s exactly the same as my old charger that came with my laptop. I’ve been using it for months now and I haven’t have any problems; it’s a terrific replacement.

In desperation I ordered this adapter and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. I am ordering another for spare. My laptop would not charge without me holding the charger into the port. It had to do with the barrel tip which was wrong size.

Product was indeed genuine charger, as advertised. Works well, no problem. Bought as a second charger for home use, so the travel one can stay in the laptop bag ( got tired of needing the charger only to realize it had been left at home). There are many chargers available, this one was both the right model and lower price(-$12).

Great Asus Charger, Definitely Recommend
This is a great charger and fits the computer perfectly. Sadly, the issue with the computer wasn’t the charger and I ended up returning it. The seller was great to deal with and issued me a refund straight away with no issues after they received the charger back.
This was exactly what I needed to replace an older charge cord with a broken end. Shipping was timely and it appears to be the real thing.
