This is a great charger and fits the computer perfectly. Sadly, the issue with the computer wasn’t the charger and I ended up returning it. The seller was great to deal with and issued me a refund straight away with no issues after they received the charger back.

This charger works the same way as my original charger. After using it for a period of time, I think this charger seems to be better than my original charger, and the price is lower than other chargers. I think this charger is perfect. I dropped my computer and broke the metal portion inside the port where it connects to the computer. I couldn’t figure out what to buy, but I looked on the charger and it said, in very tiny letters, so I based my purchase on that model number. I couldn’t be happier. It arrived on time and works as well as the original. No issues with over-heating or poor charging. The cord is longer than the one that come from the factory.
My old cord started to wear in two. This new cord works fine and it does look exactly like the old one. I had always had trouble with a warning message that said my computer was plugged in but not charging. Now with the new cord, it is fully charged and I don’t get that warning message any more. I checked several places for prices and found this to be the best price. Very pleased.
Replaced burnout old charger
Very happy with this purchase. I needed to replace the factory charger that came with my laptop after it shorted out, and this is the perfect replacement. It’s durable, and a great value for the money I paid for it. Definitely recommend!

Exactly what I needed! My laptop wasn’t charging and I was worried it was the laptop. I got it refurbished and I’m always weary of refurb electronics. I decided to try a new factory cord because the one that came with my laptop was not a OEM cord. It’s been working great! I hated to spend so much on a cord but I guess you get what you pay for!
It powers my laptop, and charges it as well. No issues. I recommend buying this one; I had a friend who bought another one model that would power her laptop, but not charge the battery.

Great Acer Charger, Definitely Recommend
I bought this charger for a used laptop that had a charger that was problematic. I’m glad to see that purchasing this charger has enabled me to charge my battery. Product came quick and seems to be of high quality. Good price. I couldn’t review the durability because I’ve only been using it for a month, but regardless, great product.
I like that I was able to charge my laptop after losing my charger.
My laptop was always iffy on wanting to charge when plugged in,
which when on for a few months before it decided on not wanting to charge at all. It would then only work when it was plugged in. I eventually realized that it was the charger and that it needed to be replaced. I had the original one from purchasing my laptop about one year ago. Hoping this one lasts for that long if not longer as well.
Day one so I don’t know about how it will perform with future use. Fit my laptop great and works perfect. Thank you.

Product was indeed genuine charger, as advertised. Works well, no problem. Bought as a second charger for home use, so the travel one can stay in the laptop bag ( got tired of needing the charger only to realize it had been left at home).
