Left my power cord at a coffee shop I was working in. Thought I would just go to a big box and pick up a new one . Wrong.!!! They wanted too much. So checked online and I found one that had the right adapter . So far it has been great. It charged my laptop just as fast as my old one and keeps a charge going while I’m using it. No difference at all from the old one. I have only had for a little while , but for the price compared to the big box I can buy three more for the same price if I need to. Before you buy make sure the adapter is the right size for your computer.

I needed a second AC adapter for my laptop when our ‘work from home’ guideline at work became a ‘work from home sometimes’ edict. Being lazy, I figured having one power brick (adapter) at home and another one at work would mean I’d not be lugging one around and crawling under my desk to get it running when I was there. It was a good choice and the one I ordered (twin of the one that came with my laptop) was priced right and arrived early, so what’s not to like?
I bought this item for my laptop because my other cord has been compromised and didn’t charge anymore (without massive amounts of electrical tape holding it together until this product arrived). As soon as it arrived, I pulled it out, plugged in it and have had power ever since. Not sure what else to say about an electical cord, but it works great, was brand new and in perfect shape. I had looked around locally and could not find this exact part and it was much more expensive from the manufacturer and a lot more trouble to purchase. So, I ordered this one, had it in a week and am very happy with it.
I am so happy I finally got this charger. If you ever get your battery run down and have trouble charging, don’t spend years “baby-ing” your old charger by trying to change walls to plug into. This is what was recommended and worked for a time – but totally miserable. This charger worked quickly and made me so happy!! This is a good product. Get a new battery at the same time if you are worried.
I bought this when my original chargers wire was broken. Arrived fast.
My laptop was always iffy on wanting to charge when plugged in,
which when on for a few months before it decided on not wanting to charge at all. It would then only work when it was plugged in. I eventually realized that it was the charger and that it needed to be replaced. I had the original one from purchasing my laptop about one year ago. Hoping this one lasts for that long if not longer as well.
Update: I emailed them about the failed unit. They immediately responded by saying they would send a replacement. We received the replacement very quickly and it works. I am very impressed with their customer service! Original Review: We bought this charger early to have an extra one at home and it just stopped working. So we got slightly more than two months use out of it before it died. The return window has closed so there isn’t much we can do. But if you want a charger that works more than a couple of months, I would suggest you look elsewhere. Very disappointed in the quality and would not recommend to anyone.
If you’re experiencing a failure to charge your computer, look at the battery of your computer or the back panel. It should tell you what amount of current is needed to charge the battery. Don’t just look at the manual. Best part is that even though I informed customer service of my error they let me keep the new replacement charger. So the product overall works great once I used the correct head and checked the current needed to charge my computer. Since there may be multiple heads that are the same that fits your charging port of the computer but will not provide sufficient current to charge your computer or may provide too much that could damage it.
The first charger was faulty emailed them and a new one arrived a few days later no hastle good company would recommend them

I am very satisfied with the charger I received and the price is very affordable. This charger replaces my original charger. The original charger broke down after a period of time. This charger works the same way as my original charger. After using it for a period of time, I think this charger seems to be better than my original charger, and the price is lower than other chargers. I think this charger is perfect. I’m very satisfied with this shopping.
As often, wide range of pricing for items. Seems to be OEM and works perfectly. Better than the one supplied with the computer in that the AC cord fits very tightly and is longer than the one shipped with the comptuer.
The original adapter’s voltage started fluctuating, so it would not charge the laptop. This one is the correct replacement, unwrap, connect and works. No issues, no complaints.
I’m really happy with the product but more importantly I’m thoroughly impressed with the service. From the prompt replies to my queries, to actually stepping in and offering me a few options when the package seemed to go missing, to the great packing with two padded shipping envelopes… everything I could have asked from a seller that puts the customer first. I’m really glad that I chose to buy my PSU from them. The PSU itself is an authentic product with excellent build quality. They also provide an additional US spec power cable so there’s no reason to purchase one if you are in the US.
This is a great charger and fits the computer perfectly. Sadly, the issue with the computer wasn’t the charger and I ended up returning it. The seller was great to deal with and issued me a refund straight away with no issues after they received the charger back.
