I was having a problem with my battery showing plugged in but not charging. Was using a charger that was not original. Had read that the charger could be the problem and my computer was also running slow. Well, what do you know? I purchased this charger and my computer is running faster and now my new battery is charging. Fixed my problem that drove me for a week. Glad I purchased this and it was half the price the official site wanted.
After my brand new charger got chewed out by my feline nemesis, I was blessed to find this charger via Bing. Really happy with this product considering the competitive price.
If you’re experiencing a failure to charge your computer, look at the battery of your computer or the back panel. It should tell you what amount of current is needed to charge the battery. Don’t just look at the manual. Best part is that even though I informed customer service of my error they let me keep the new replacement charger. So the product overall works great once I used the correct head and checked the current needed to charge my computer. Since there may be multiple heads that are the same that fits your charging port of the computer but will not provide sufficient current to charge your computer or may provide too much that could damage it.
Day one so I don’t know about how it will perform with future use. Fit my laptop great and works perfect. Thank you.
Thank you so much! My old computer cord I had to manipulate it so much to get my computer to recognize it was plugged in. So nice just to be able to plug in my new cord and my computer automatically connects and recognizes it is charging.

I ordered two of these for laptop so that I don’t have to keep disconnecting the factory cable and charger when I move from room to room or travel. The products just arrived, and they look and, so far, work exactly like what came with the computer. I must admit that, at first, I wondered if these might be knock-offs; and I’ll re-post if something seems off. But again, so far, I’m all-around very impressed with the company and product.
I am very satisfied with the charger I received and the price is very affordable. This charger replaces my original charger. The original charger broke down after a period of time. This charger works the same way as my original charger. After using it for a period of time, I think this charger seems to be better than my original charger, and the price is lower than other chargers. I think this charger is perfect. Purchased as backup since original was left at another location at the time of purchase; exact OEM replacement; now able to leave one a remote location and one at home location; no worries now whether I packed it backpack or not
My old cord started to wear in two. This new cord works fine and it does look exactly like the old one. I had always had trouble with a warning message that said my computer was plugged in but not charging. Now with the new cord, it is fully charged and I don’t get that warning message any more. I checked several places for prices and found this to be the best price. Very pleased.

Exactly what I needed after my dog chewed my original charger.
I needed a second AC adapter for my laptop when our ‘work from home’ guideline at work became a ‘work from home sometimes’ edict. Being lazy, I figured having one power brick (adapter) at home and another one at work would mean I’d not be lugging one around and crawling under my desk to get it running when I was there. It was a good choice and the one I ordered (twin of the one that came with my laptop) was priced right and arrived early, so what’s not to like?
