• 1. Shut down the laptop and unplug the charger. Make sure your Razer is completely powered off and cooled down before checking labels.
• 2. Find the exact Razer model code on the bottom. On the underside you’ll usually see:
  • The marketing name, e.g. Razer Blade 15, Razer Blade 14, Razer Blade Stealth 13, Razer Blade Pro 17.
  • A detailed model code starting with RZ09-…, for example RZ09-0281, RZ09-0369, RZ09-0328, etc.
    This RZ09-… code is very helpful for choosing the correct battery.
• 3. Check the battery label (inside the laptop).
  • The battery pack is inside the chassis and connected with a cable; you usually need to remove the bottom cover.
  • If you are not comfortable opening the laptop, you can send us the model code (RZ09-…); in many cases we can identify the right battery only from that.
• 4. Note the Razer battery part number and technical specs.
  On Razer batteries you will typically see:
